Precision Tune-Up
21-point inspection on any residential system. Catches the small failures before July does.
Claim OfferNew customers. One unit. Expires 09/30.

Warm air at 11pm doesn't wait for business hours. Call (972) 278-6800 and a real person picks up: tonight, on a Sunday, on a holiday. Same-day on most corridor calls, and no after-hours surcharge.
An after-hours call comes down to three questions. Who is open right now, how fast can they get here, and what does calling at midnight cost me that calling Monday wouldn't. We answer all three on the phone.
Our shop sits on TX-276 in Royse City, family owned since 2013. Rockwall, Fate, Wylie and Greenville are a straight run up I-30, which is the difference between a truck tonight and a truck tomorrow.
What an after-hours call gets you:
Call (972) 278-6800 now. Nights, weekends and holidays, the line is live.
Send this over and we'll get back to you. If the house is already warm, phoning is faster.
“My AC quit in July. Daniel was extremely professional, efficient and personable. He was very authentic and honest and somehow resolved the issue within roughly 17 minutes. No additional parts or sales gimmicks. Best service I've ever had.”
“We were very pleased with everything about the installation of the AC unit in our new office. It was done as described and everything is working properly and installed professionally. We would use this company again for sure.”
“Called at 7pm on a Saturday expecting an answering machine. Got a real person, and a tech at the house before noon Sunday. No weekend surcharge like they said. That's rare.”

Most companies advertising 24 hour AC repair route you to an answering service in another state. You leave a name. Someone calls back in the morning.
Our line rings to a person who can see the schedule and send a truck. Ask what the diagnostic costs and you get the number right then. Ask when we can be there and we tell you honestly where you land in the day.

No after-hours rate, no weekend rate, no holiday rate. A compressor that quits on Saturday is no harder to fix than one that quits on Tuesday, so you are not charged more for the day of the week.
After-hours pricing is where homeowners get taken, because at 11pm nobody is comparison shopping. The repair is still priced in writing and approved by you first.

None of this replaces the repair. It can stop a small failure turning into a bigger one, and sometimes it gets air moving again before we arrive.
A person answers, day or night, and can dispatch from that same call. Tell us what the system is doing.
We're on TX-276 in Royse City. For the corridor that's a short run, and same-day is the norm rather than the exception.
Refrigerant, electrical, airflow and drainage, checked until we have the actual cause instead of a guess. You see the number and approve it.
The trucks carry the parts that fail most, so a good share of after-hours calls end on the first visit. We stay until the house is dropping.
If yours isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather answer it now than have you guess.
Ask Us DirectlyYes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day, holidays included. It rings to a person rather than an answering service, and that person can put you on the schedule while you're still on the call.
No, because the price doesn't change either way. What waiting can do is make the repair bigger: a frozen coil left running, or a backed-up drain pan dripping into a ceiling.
Call now if you smell burning or hear grinding, if water is coming through a ceiling, if a breaker keeps tripping, or if there's an infant, an elderly resident or a pet in a house that's climbing. Warm air with everyone sleeping fine can wait for first thing, and we'll tell you so.
If the coil or the line set is iced over, no. Kill it at the breaker and let it thaw. Otherwise you can leave the fan on to keep air moving, but shut it down if you smell anything burning or hear the compressor trying to start over and over.
We're not selling you a system at 1am. We'll get you cooling however we can tonight and quote the replacement in daylight, when you can actually read it. If another company has already put a replacement quote in writing, the second opinion is free, and financing is available on approved credit.
