Shaun called me the day before to advise of the service time. He arrived on time the day of service. He efficiently and quickly assess the problem with our furnace. He had the needed parts on hand & was able to make the repair. We were very pleased with this repair experience. Shaun’s personal touch & skillful service was much appreciated.

Home warranty company assigned A/C Rescue. We have not had good luck with other companies warranty company have sent in the past. A/C Rescue was an exception, great communication, technician Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable. Found and fix what was wrong.
Kenny arrived early in the time window. He was extremely professional and courteous. He educated me on the problem and proceeded to fix it. The problem was actually plumbing around my AC and he still fixed it for me so I didn’t have to be transferred within my home warranty’s system. I was very grateful to have had Kenny come by today. Customer service is practically dead but he was definitely the exception.
Shaun and Cory fixed my AC in a matter of minutes! They were kind enough to greet my puppy who loves new people and didn’t mind her being so excited. Thank you for the cool air on this hot day! Great job!!
My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!
