I’ve had A/C Rescue dispatched to fix my A/C through my home warranty company almost every summer. Matt did a great job finding the issue with my system, recommended the appropriate repairs, fixed an issue from the original installation, and recharged my freon quickly and professionally. Very happy that I wasn’t upsold uneeded parts or services. Would definitely keep using these guys.
Cory was amazing! Not only did he come and get the ac unit working properly but also taught me how to properly clean the outside unit. Home feels amazing just minutes after his arrival. Highly recommended and ask for Cory!!
We recently had to have 1 of our AC units replaced. Once all of the inspections, diagnosis, agreements and parts ordered/received were processed through our Landmark Home Warranty, the AC was replaced and upstairs cooling again. This took around 3 weeks which was not the most pleasant in 100+ TX heat, but when waiting on multiple parties, managing schedules during holidays, it was what it was. Although there were some ‘communication’ issues with front office, while trying to understand who’s responsibility each step was assigned to, all of the technicians were prompt, courteous, patient, helped explain areas of concern and completed the job. About 1-2 wks after the new install, AC was not cooling again. Kenny came out and advised there was a small leak. most likely due to added pressure from the new higher capacity unit. After our discussions, we understood that Landmark Home Warranty would only pay for liquid line replacement IF it was determined it could not be repaired. In this case, the liquid line could be and was repaired, resulting in cool air. Kenny was very patient when I asked several questions as we wanted to understand what went wrong, how a leak could occur with a new unit and the limitations from Landmark. MANY THANKS TO KENNY for his attention to detail, quality repair, service and patience in helping the customer understand, we believe that all customers should have the opportunity to ask questions as it is the customer who has out of pocket expenses, even with home warranty coverage. The repairs were completed and covered at no charge to us, by AC Rescue. Thank YOU Kenny!!!

Thank God our A/C is working again! It’s 100 degrees out today, typical Texas summer. A/C stopped a week ago so contacted our home warranty company AHS. Took them two days to find A/C Rescue as they had to go outside our service area after a disastrous time with another service provider. A/C Rescue called on us on a Friday and scheduled and sent Sonny, the service tech on Monday. Sonny was friendly, kind and very professional. In about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the part in his van. He replaced it and A/C began working perfectly. I had also called early on that morning and spoke to Scott about what time the tech would be here and he to was very helpful. Sonny was on time and even called about 40 minutes before he arrived, just as Scott assured me that he would. Great service 100% across the board! Thanks to A/C Rescue.
Kenny serviced 3 of our rental homes and we’ll use him again. He answered my many questions. The tenants and their dogs liked him. I called my wife afterwards to say how much I liked him. One home had an older capacitor, and he showed me the readings and if I wanted it replaced.
Cory and Eric were such a relief when they came out. Friendly, professional and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
Going through my home warranty for the first time had me nervous since I don’t get to pick the contractor, but Richard from A/C Rescue surprised me with the complete opposite of my thinking and he really demonstrated what quality service is all about. Friendly, punctual and willing to go the extra mile. Give this man a promotion and a raise!
