Shaun called me the day before to advise of the service time. He arrived on time the day of service. He efficiently and quickly assess the problem with our furnace. He had the needed parts on hand & was able to make the repair. We were very pleased with this repair experience. Shaun’s personal touch & skillful service was much appreciated.

My experience with A/C Rescue was through their technician, Gurjit. I was connected with this company through my Home Warranty company. The only downside to the whole experience was I was without my A/C for 3 days waiting for the soonest appointment. But that’s pretty common during the summer months, so I’m not holding that against A/C Rescue. I was told that someone would reach out to me during business hours and schedule a smaller window to come diagnose the problem. Gurjit actually contacted me first thing in the morning. Originally he had said 1-3 pm, but he actually contacted me around 10 am to let me know he had two cancellations and could be out sooner. Once he made it to my house he was extremely professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Literally within 15 minutes my A/C was fixed! And what took the experience over the top is he took the time to explain the issue and even gave me some recommendations on what the issue could be if something like my issue ever came up again. I’ve dealt with a lot of field technicians that weren’t nearly as personable.

Our experience with AC Rescue was very good. The most impressive thing about them is their customer service. I called many times and Scott always answered the phone with courtesy and patience. I communicated with Amanda also, and she was also responsive and kind. She called me back the same day I left her a message. I have never had such a good experience with an AC company’s customer service. It feels like they care and are truly doing their best to get things done.The technicians (one was Francisco) were also great. Their appointment system is smooth and accurate. We had to wait awhile for a part to arrive so our AC was out for a few days, but the office was very communicative about the status of the part’s arrival whenever I called. We were assigned this company through American Home Shield, and, in the past, we had some very subpar experiences, but AC Rescue was great! I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Sonny was amazing! We had no air for 3 days and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous. Thank you Sonny!

Shaun was on time, fast, friendly even my dogs loved him! He fixed the problem and explained everything. Definitely calling Shaun again for our seasonal ac check up!

Ac Rescue Saved the day I had a very busy day and was picking up a visitor from the airport and of course that morning my AC decides to go out so as I’m rushing to have a company come as an emergency Ac Rescue took care of it unfortunately before that I had called another company. I will not mention they tried to sell me a $12,000 unit when all I needed was a capacitor. Thank you again AC RESCUE for being an honest company.

A/C Rescue – Kenny was great. Had my A/C working and has a great personality a joy to work with.

AC went out, and I used a home warranty to Dispatch the AC rescue team. Kenny contacted me was very helpful and friendly. He even gave me a heads-up when he was on the way. He was at my house for about 3 min before he found the issue took him another 5 min to repair the problem. AC is cooling, and all is good. Kenny was awesome!
