Home warranty company assigned A/C Rescue. We have not had good luck with other companies warranty company have sent in the past. A/C Rescue was an exception, great communication, technician Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable. Found and fix what was wrong.
Kenny serviced 3 of our rental homes and we’ll use him again. He answered my many questions. The tenants and their dogs liked him. I called my wife afterwards to say how much I liked him. One home had an older capacitor, and he showed me the readings and if I wanted it replaced.

My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!

David from AC Rescue Inc. was very professional & honest. He reliably handled the whole process of getting our HVAC Blower Motor replaced. Owing to the February 2021 Texas Winter Storms, parts were not readily available, however David & AC Rescue kept us updated. David even followed up the day after the fix to check on us. Glad I was able to get everything resolved without breaking the bank.
