Going through my home warranty for the first time had me nervous since I don’t get to pick the contractor, but Richard from A/C Rescue surprised me with the complete opposite of my thinking and he really demonstrated what quality service is all about. David from AC Rescue Inc. was very professional & honest. He reliably handled the whole process of getting our HVAC Blower Motor replaced. Owing to the February 2021 Texas Winter Storms, parts were not readily available, however David & AC Rescue kept us updated. David even followed up the day after the fix to check on us. Glad I was able to get everything resolved without breaking the bank.
Home warranty company assigned A/C Rescue. We have not had good luck with other companies warranty company have sent in the past. A/C Rescue was an exception, great communication, technician Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable. Found and fix what was wrong.
