Shaun called me the day before to advise of the service time. He arrived on time the day of service. He efficiently and quickly assess the problem with our furnace. I’ve had A/C Rescue dispatched to fix my A/C through my home warranty company almost every summer. Matt did a great job finding the issue with my system, recommended the appropriate repairs, fixed an issue from the original installation, and recharged my freon quickly and professionally. Very happy that I wasn’t upsold uneeded parts or services. Would definitely keep using these guys.
