American Home Shield assigned A/C Rescue to my seasonal heating tune up. JUST in time, I might add. I had already turned on the heat a couple days before. The technician, Sonny, found a huge gas leak in the system and patched it up for me. Normally they would have had to go through the paper work and proper channels to do so, but he didn’t think twice and just did it because it was that bad. He possibly saved my life. I can’t thank them enough for doing their job thoroughly and taking care of me. THANK YOU!

The overall experience with this company from the time I got a phone call by Scott to the time the job was completed. It was just phenomenal. Scott understood the urgency of being serviced today with a disable person living in the home who requires a certain temperature environment … Rescued indeed,!!! Scott delivered on time with Daniel who was able to quickly assess and resolve the problem it took him less than 30 minutes!!!!! I am overwhelmed by the work that was performed. I have AHS, and have had different AC companies come out to the house for varying reasons. I am leary of any new companies that I am not familiar with.
