I would like to personally thank Daniel at Ac Rescue. My air wasn’t blowing cool air and my daughter’s 13th birthday party was coming soon. Daniel checked my unit and gave the most reasonable quote he could give to get us back up and running. To make sure we didn’t have to go into the holiday without air in the Texas heat, Daniel checked with his upper management and asked if he could come in on his day off to repair our unit. I’ve had A/C Rescue dispatched to fix my A/C through my home warranty company almost every summer. Matt did a great job finding the issue with my system, recommended the appropriate repairs, fixed an issue from the original installation, and recharged my freon quickly and professionally. Very happy that I wasn’t upsold uneeded parts or services. Would definitely keep using these guys.
Going through my home warranty for the first time had me nervous since I don’t get to pick the contractor, but Richard from A/C Rescue surprised me with the complete opposite of my thinking and he really demonstrated what quality service is all about.
