My experience with A/C Rescue was through their technician, Gurjit. I was connected with this company through my Home Warranty company. The only downside to the whole experience was I was without my A/C for 3 days waiting for the soonest appointment. But that’s pretty common during the summer months, so I’m not holding that against A/C Rescue. I was told that someone would reach out to me during business hours and schedule a smaller window to come diagnose the problem. Gurjit actually contacted me first thing in the morning. Originally he had said 1-3 pm, but he actually contacted me around 10 am to let me know he had two cancellations and could be out sooner. Once he made it to my house he was extremely professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Literally within 15 minutes my A/C was fixed! And what took the experience over the top is he took the time to explain the issue and even gave me some recommendations on what the issue could be if something like my issue ever came up again. I’ve dealt with a lot of field technicians that weren’t nearly as personable.

Kenny was my technician. First and foremost he notified me of my window of time early. He answered all of my questions and did not treat the job as a rushed project. I appreciate your professionalism Mr Kenny.

Going through my home warranty for the first time had me nervous since I don’t get to pick the contractor, but Richard from A/C Rescue surprised me with the complete opposite of my thinking and he really demonstrated what quality service is all about. Friendly, punctual and willing to go the extra mile. Give this man a promotion and a raise!

Joe was great to work with! We filed a claim with the home warranty at 9 PM, he was out here the next day by 2:45 PM. He fixed our problem super quick, and even taught us a little bit on maintenance for our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit, and we were very happy with his service. A/C Rescue was assigned to us by American Home Sheild to repair our central air conditioning system that had stopped cooling. Matt and his assistant were punctual, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They inspected the systems outside unit as well as in the attic. They diagnosed the problem and had our air-conditioning up and running in record speed, all in the same day. There were no additional charges over our deductable which we already paid to AHS. We are extremely impressed with A/C Rescue, and we highly recommend this company.

Matt with AC Rescue was courteous, on time, and took the time to thoroughly explain the resolution to my problem. He even took photos of his work on his phone, showed them to me, explained the work he had done and even gave me tips on how to keep my system running smoothly. All this on a rainy, holiday no less!
