Shaun called me the day before to advise of the service time. He arrived on time the day of service. He efficiently and quickly assess the problem with our furnace. He had the needed parts on hand & was able to make the repair. We were very pleased with this repair experience. Shaun’s personal touch & skillful service was much appreciated.
Joe was great to work with! We filed a claim with the home warranty at 9 PM, he was out here the next day by 2:45 PM. He fixed our problem super quick, and even taught us a little bit on maintenance for our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit, and we were very happy with his service. My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!
Highly recommend Richard DeWitt with AC Rescue! Fast service repair, very Knowledgeable, friendly, fixed our heating issue, he also noticed a couple preventative maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in order to keep future repairs from being needed!
