Our experience with AC Rescue was very good. The most impressive thing about them is their customer service. I called many times and Scott always answered the phone with courtesy and patience. I communicated with Amanda also, and she was also responsive and kind. She called me back the same day I left her a message. I have never had such a good experience with an AC company’s customer service. It feels like they care and are truly doing their best to get things done.The technicians (one was Francisco) were also great. Their appointment system is smooth and accurate. We had to wait awhile for a part to arrive so our AC was out for a few days, but the office was very communicative about the status of the part’s arrival whenever I called. We were assigned this company through American Home Shield, and, in the past, we had some very subpar experiences, but AC Rescue was great! I would use them again and recommend them to others.
My technician, Joe, kept me updated on his arrival and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly. Got us back to cool air in no time!
Thank God our A/C is working again! It’s 100 degrees out today, typical Texas summer. A/C stopped a week ago so contacted our home warranty company AHS. Took them two days to find A/C Rescue as they had to go outside our service area after a disastrous time with another service provider. A/C Rescue called on us on a Friday and scheduled and sent Sonny, the service tech on Monday. Sonny was friendly, kind and very professional. In about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the part in his van. He replaced it and A/C began working perfectly. I had also called early on that morning and spoke to Scott about what time the tech would be here and he to was very helpful. Sonny was on time and even called about 40 minutes before he arrived, just as Scott assured me that he would. Great service 100% across the board! Thanks to A/C Rescue.
AC went out, and I used a home warranty to Dispatch the AC rescue team. Kenny contacted me was very helpful and friendly. He even gave me a heads-up when he was on the way. He was at my house for about 3 min before he found the issue took him another 5 min to repair the problem. AC is cooling, and all is good. Kenny was awesome!

Joe was great to work with! We filed a claim with the home warranty at 9 PM, he was out here the next day by 2:45 PM. He fixed our problem super quick, and even taught us a little bit on maintenance for our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit, and we were very happy with his service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we would absolutely use him again. Thanks Joe!
My experience with A/C Rescue was through their technician, Gurjit. I was connected with this company through my Home Warranty company. The only downside to the whole experience was I was without my A/C for 3 days waiting for the soonest appointment. But that’s pretty common during the summer months, so I’m not holding that against A/C Rescue. I was told that someone would reach out to me during business hours and schedule a smaller window to come diagnose the problem. Gurjit actually contacted me first thing in the morning. Originally he had said 1-3 pm, but he actually contacted me around 10 am to let me know he had two cancellations and could be out sooner. Once he made it to my house he was extremely professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Literally within 15 minutes my A/C was fixed! And what took the experience over the top is he took the time to explain the issue and even gave me some recommendations on what the issue could be if something like my issue ever came up again. I’ve dealt with a lot of field technicians that weren’t nearly as personable.

We had one AC unit down and the other one just not blowing cold enough to keep up with the hot temperature lately. They fixed the down unit and properly diagnosed the other. We had this unit looked at a couple of times in the past by other AC companies but they were never able to get to the root of the problem. Suan and Chris found the problem fairly quickly. They were both very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
