Todd and Richard were great! They saved the day on this hot sunny day. Our capacitator needed to be replaced and they were very quick. The issue was assessed and fixed within minutes. Todd was very knowledge and both men gave additional tips on our unit. The house is already cooling off. Thank God for AC Rescue.

My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!

We were having issues with new thermostats and air blowing hot, Shaun came over quickly and was extremely helpful. Shaun did a great job assessing the situation and talking to us about HVAC systems and educating us. He was very professional, great customer service, felt like family coming over to help us.
