We were having issues with new thermostats and air blowing hot, Shaun came over quickly and was extremely helpful. Shaun did a great job assessing the situation and talking to us about HVAC systems and educating us. He was very professional, great customer service, felt like family coming over to help us. We had one AC unit down and the other one just not blowing cold enough to keep up with the hot temperature lately. They fixed the down unit and properly diagnosed the other. We had this unit looked at a couple of times in the past by other AC companies but they were never able to get to the root of the problem. Suan and Chris found the problem fairly quickly. They were both very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend Richard DeWitt with AC Rescue! Fast service repair, very Knowledgeable, friendly, fixed our heating issue, he also noticed a couple preventative maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in order to keep future repairs from being needed!
