My experience with A/C Rescue was through their technician, Gurjit. I was connected with this company through my Home Warranty company. The only downside to the whole experience was I was without my A/C for 3 days waiting for the soonest appointment. But that’s pretty common during the summer months, so I’m not holding that against A/C Rescue. I was told that someone would reach out to me during business hours and schedule a smaller window to come diagnose the problem. Gurjit actually contacted me first thing in the morning. Originally he had said 1-3 pm, but he actually contacted me around 10 am to let me know he had two cancellations and could be out sooner. Once he made it to my house he was extremely professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Literally within 15 minutes my A/C was fixed! And what took the experience over the top is he took the time to explain the issue and even gave me some recommendations on what the issue could be if something like my issue ever came up again. I’ve dealt with a lot of field technicians that weren’t nearly as personable.

Ivan and his crew were fantastic! They were extremely fast and cleaned up their mess inside and outside of my home. We will be sure to use AC Rescue for all of our future HVAC needs!!

Shawn and Chris rescued our family with excellent service by restoring our AC unit. They were both very kind, but what I appreciated most was that they were very knowledgeable about their work and they allowed me to ask a few questions about how I could maintain our units better. I highly recommend AC Rescue and their staff is fantastic.

Kenny arrived early in the time window. He was extremely professional and courteous. He educated me on the problem and proceeded to fix it. The problem was actually plumbing around my AC and he still fixed it for me so I didn’t have to be transferred within my home warranty’s system. I was very grateful to have had Kenny come by today. Customer service is practically dead but he was definitely the exception.

Cory was a great communicator, especially with the part being delayed being delivered to them.

Kenny serviced 3 of our rental homes and we’ll use him again. He answered my many questions. The tenants and their dogs liked him. I called my wife afterwards to say how much I liked him. One home had an older capacitor, and he showed me the readings and if I wanted it replaced.

Matt just serviced the AC he was professional and early to arrive. AHS warranty is the one that dispatched them. The house is cooling down now. Very happy so far with service
