Kenny arrived early in the time window. He was extremely professional and courteous. He educated me on the problem and proceeded to fix it. The problem was actually plumbing around my AC and he still fixed it for me so I didn’t have to be transferred within my home warranty’s system. I was very grateful to have had Kenny come by today. Customer service is practically dead but he was definitely the exception.

Home warranty company assigned A/C Rescue. We have not had good luck with other companies warranty company have sent in the past. A/C Rescue was an exception, great communication, technician Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable. Found and fix what was wrong.
Technician was well experienced and helpful with the inspection process and troubleshooting. Gave a good honest opinion on what was next and how to move forward.

David from AC Rescue Inc. was very professional & honest. He reliably handled the whole process of getting our HVAC Blower Motor replaced. Owing to the February 2021 Texas Winter Storms, parts were not readily available, however David & AC Rescue kept us updated. David even followed up the day after the fix to check on us. Glad I was able to get everything resolved without breaking the bank.
Matt just serviced the AC he was professional and early to arrive. AHS warranty is the one that dispatched them. The house is cooling down now. Very happy so far with service
