Joe was great to work with! We filed a claim with the home warranty at 9 PM, he was out here the next day by 2:45 PM. He fixed our problem super quick, and even taught us a little bit on maintenance for our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit, and we were very happy with his service. We were having issues with new thermostats and air blowing hot, Shaun came over quickly and was extremely helpful. Shaun did a great job assessing the situation and talking to us about HVAC systems and educating us. He was very professional, great customer service, felt like family coming over to help us. AC went out, and I used a home warranty to Dispatch the AC rescue team. Kenny contacted me was very helpful and friendly. He even gave me a heads-up when he was on the way. He was at my house for about 3 min before he found the issue took him another 5 min to repair the problem. AC is cooling, and all is good. Kenny was awesome!
American Home Shield assigned A/C Rescue to my seasonal heating tune up. JUST in time, I might add. I had already turned on the heat a couple days before. The technician, Sonny, found a huge gas leak in the system and patched it up for me. Normally they would have had to go through the paper work and proper channels to do so, but he didn’t think twice and just did it because it was that bad. He possibly saved my life. I can’t thank them enough for doing their job thoroughly and taking care of me. THANK YOU!
