They were both very kind, but what I appreciated most was that they were very knowledgeable about their work and they allowed me to ask a few questions about how I could maintain our units better. Scott understood the urgency of being serviced today with a disable person living in the home who requires a certain temperature environment … Rescued indeed,!!! Scott delivered on time with Daniel who was able to quickly assess and resolve the problem it took him less than 30 minutes!!!!! I am overwhelmed by the work that was performed. This company deserves all five stars and more thank you.

Technician Kenny N. was professional and provided exceptional customer service, he took time to explain the issue and get it repaired quickly, but most of all he was honest and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to everyone.

Our experience with AC Rescue was very good. The most impressive thing about them is their customer service. I called many times and Scott always answered the phone with courtesy and patience. I communicated with Amanda also, and she was also responsive and kind. She called me back the same day I left her a message. I have never had such a good experience with an AC company’s customer service. It feels like they care and are truly doing their best to get things done.The technicians (one was Francisco) were also great. Their appointment system is smooth and accurate. We had to wait awhile for a part to arrive so our AC was out for a few days, but the office was very communicative about the status of the part’s arrival whenever I called. We were assigned this company through American Home Shield, and, in the past, we had some very subpar experiences, but AC Rescue was great! I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Matt with AC Rescue was courteous, on time, and took the time to thoroughly explain the resolution to my problem. He even took photos of his work on his phone, showed them to me, explained the work he had done and even gave me tips on how to keep my system running smoothly. All this on a rainy, holiday no less!
