Highly recommend Richard DeWitt with AC Rescue! Fast service repair, very Knowledgeable, friendly, fixed our heating issue, he also noticed a couple preventative maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in order to keep future repairs from being needed!
Thank God our A/C is working again! It’s 100 degrees out today, typical Texas summer. A/C stopped a week ago so contacted our home warranty company AHS. Took them two days to find A/C Rescue as they had to go outside our service area after a disastrous time with another service provider. A/C Rescue called on us on a Friday and scheduled and sent Sonny, the service tech on Monday. Sonny was friendly, kind and very professional. In about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the part in his van. He replaced it and A/C began working perfectly. I had also called early on that morning and spoke to Scott about what time the tech would be here and he to was very helpful. Sonny was on time and even called about 40 minutes before he arrived, just as Scott assured me that he would. Great service 100% across the board! Thanks to A/C Rescue.
Matt just serviced the AC he was professional and early to arrive. AHS warranty is the one that dispatched them. The house is cooling down now. Very happy so far with service
Shawn and Chris rescued our family with excellent service by restoring our AC unit. They were both very kind, but what I appreciated most was that they were very knowledgeable about their work and they allowed me to ask a few questions about how I could maintain our units better. I highly recommend AC Rescue and their staff is fantastic.
My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!
Sean did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my HVAC issues. He even had to clean up after a sub par contractor. Fantastic customer service
Kenny serviced 3 of our rental homes and we’ll use him again. He answered my many questions. The tenants and their dogs liked him. I called my wife afterwards to say how much I liked him. One home had an older capacitor, and he showed me the readings and if I wanted it replaced.

We were having issues with new thermostats and air blowing hot, Shaun came over quickly and was extremely helpful. Shaun did a great job assessing the situation and talking to us about HVAC systems and educating us. He was very professional, great customer service, felt like family coming over to help us.
