My warranty company used AC Rescue for our service call and we had a great experience. Joe, our technician, texted me each time they were scheduled to come out. He would text me in the AM and let me know what time he planned to arrive at my house that day and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. Really appreciated this instead of being given a 4 or 8 hour window Like some companies do. He was very professional, kind, and got the job done! Thank you!!
Shawn and Chris rescued our family with excellent service by restoring our AC unit. They were both very kind, but what I appreciated most was that they were very knowledgeable about their work and they allowed me to ask a few questions about how I could maintain our units better. I highly recommend AC Rescue and their staff is fantastic.

Kenny arrived early in the time window. He was extremely professional and courteous. He educated me on the problem and proceeded to fix it. The problem was actually plumbing around my AC and he still fixed it for me so I didn’t have to be transferred within my home warranty’s system. I was very grateful to have had Kenny come by today. Customer service is practically dead but he was definitely the exception.
