Great professionalism and service.
Todd and Richard were great! They saved the day on this hot sunny day. Our capacitator needed to be replaced and they were very quick. The issue was assessed and fixed within minutes. Todd was very knowledge and both men gave additional tips on our unit. The house is already cooling off. Thank God for AC Rescue.
Shaun and Chris from A/C Rescue absolutely saved the day today. My air conditioner started blowing hot air on Sunday, and by Monday night it was 99F indoors! A/C Rescue sent these two superheroes out this morning, and Shaun identified the problem (a bad capacitor) by sound as soon as he got out of the truck. He and Chris got right to work and had it fixed within 5 or 10 minutes! Hooray!!!
Kenny was fantastic! The scheduler knew I had a crazy morning and Kenny was able to work with his schedule to make it work for me. He was professional, fixed our issue quickly, and was on his way. I greatly appreciate how wonderful the experience was!
Shawn from A/C Rescue was great and very professional. He figured out what was wrong with my unit in 15 minutes he had the part on the truck installed it and he was done. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything was very good explaining what was wrong. Great technician I will definitely use them again. Thank you Shawn
